Hiranmay Koparkar

It was in the summer of 2009, after having completed my engineering and before entering a professional life, that I got one very unlikely invitation to undergo the 'Yes+' course of The Art Of Living (AOL) by my friend.. I was reluctant to spend my holidays so, but being the friend he was, he just was not ready to listen. And I thank him even today for being so persistent.

The six days I spent as part of the course were very enriching indeed - and not just spiritually as many might expect - but also practically in terms of developing my personality and opening up a new possibility of living life in a new way. The spiritual stuff like meditation and pranayam are definitely useful. In addition I also got to learn a lot of other aspects that ignited a new spark in my thoughts. If anyone wants to get a new direction in life or enhance your day to day life or just want to have fun in a unique way, I would urge you to go ahead, shed all inhibitions and go for it.

Regards,
Hiranmay

I was introduced to Art Of Living by my mother in 2008. Since it was holidays I thought of giving it a try. Never knew that those few days would prove to be a turning point in my life. If you think AOL is only about yoga and meditation then you are wrong. Yoga and Meditation are important components of AOL but not everything. It is a journey to know yourself and recognize your potential. It gives you the self-confidence which is of supreme importance in the present day world. It gives u a healthy body and a peaceful mind. I have been tremendously benefitted by the experience and urge all of you not to let this opportunity go.

A healthy balance of mind and body is an evitable requirement in today’s fast changing world. The youth today has been bombarded with a lot of thoughts, emotions and feelings in such a fast paced life. Sometimes it becomes very difficult to understand yourself properly and make wise decisions. This is where the course from Art of Livings comes to be of great help. It taught me how to filter my thoughts, how to have a greater control over my mind and senses and what potential do I possess. By providing the 5 keys to a good life it helped me lot to know myself and even others in a better manner. Last but not the least, I would say “Do it to know it”.
